History
The development of Huanggang Huayao Zhongao Kiln is closely intertwined with the changes in the kiln manufacturing industry. Its origins can be traced back to 1981 with the establishment of Hubei Huaxia Kiln Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. The group possesses integrated services including research, manufacturing, and installation and commissioning. It holds a national Class A kiln qualification and enjoys considerable prestige within the industry. In 2005, Huayao Group completed its transformation from a state-owned enterprise to a privately owned one, becoming a national high-tech enterprise, laying a solid foundation for the growth of its subsidiaries.
In April 2007, Huanggang Huayao Zhongchang Kiln Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on high-end and special kiln businesses. The company brings together senior technical personnel in mechanical, thermal, and electrical fields and has established a manufacturing plant, a CNC machining center, a project department, and a research and development center. In the same year, in collaboration with the Shandong Industrial Ceramics Design Research Institute of China National Building Material Group Corporation, it successfully developed a series of quartz crucible kilns for polysilicon ingot casting with independent intellectual property rights and reaching world-advanced levels. This achievement marked a significant leap from technology introduction to independent innovation in China's kiln industry, accumulating valuable technical experience for Huayao Zhongao Kiln.
Since then, Huayao Zhongchang has continuously undertaken projects. In 2009, the 45-meter fully automatic electric heating magnetic material roller kiln built for Zhejiang Dongci Group was recognized by the customer for its stable quality and low energy consumption, and subsequently, multiple production lines were constructed. In 2011, the production line for 30,000 large-specification quartz crucibles used for polysilicon ingot casting, designed for Yichang Hejing Optoelectronics, was ignited. Innovations in drying technology and combustion technology achieved a technological breakthrough in the solar energy industry.
With increasing market competition, Huayao Group's subsidiaries adjusted their development strategies, and Huayao Zhongao Kiln emerged. Leveraging the group's technology, talent, and market resources, it has focused on kiln manufacturing. In recent years, Huayao Zhongao Kiln has kept pace with industry trends, increasing R&D investment, and collaborating in research and development to overcome challenges in energy saving and intelligent control, improving product thermal efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and increasing automation. At the same time, it is actively exploring new areas, moving from traditional building materials and metallurgical chemical industries into the new energy and new materials fields, providing specialized kilns for photovoltaic and lithium battery new materials industries. Its products are not only sold domestically but also exported to countries such as the United States and Russia, demonstrating China's strength in kiln manufacturing.
