1、Entrepreneurial Accumulation Period(2002-2004)
Before the formal establishment of the company,the founding team had been deeply involved in the kiln industry for many years.The 8×10 hole heat recovery coke oven masonry project of Shanxi Gaoping Xinggao Coking Co.,Ltd.,which participated in the construction in 2002,became an important milestone:
-Innovatively adopting energy-saving and environmentally friendly masonry technology to achieve comprehensive compliance with exhaust emissions standards
-This project has been jointly awarded by the United Nations Environment Programme,the United Nations Industrial Development Organization,and other organizations
-Title of"Demonstration Enterprise for Energy Conservation and Greenhouse Gas Reduction Projects in Chinese Township Enterprises"
-Becoming a benchmark project in the coking industry both domestically and internationally,attracting numerous enterprises to come for inspection and learning
2、Establishment period of the company(2004)
-In 2004,Huanggang Huayao Zhongao Kiln Co.,Ltd.was officially registered and established
-Focusing on the masonry engineering and energy-saving technology research and development of industrial kilns such as coke ovens and hot air stoves
-Transform the experience of Shanxi Xinggao project into standardized construction technology
3、Deep cultivation period of technology(2005-2010)
-Forming a"four in one"coke oven masonry technology system:
1.Precise pre masonry technology
2.Environmentally friendly sealing technology
3.Thermal efficiency optimization plan
4.Intelligent temperature control system
-Undertaking large-scale coking enterprise projects such as Fujian Sangang,Shanxi Xinggao,and Shanxi Sanjia
-Awarded the title of"Hubei Province Specialized,Refined,Unique and New Small and Medium sized Enterprise"
4、Industry Leading Period(2011-2018)
--Developed the"ultra-low emission coke oven masonry construction method"and obtained provincial and ministerial level construction method certification
-Typical project:
-Tangshan Jiahua 6.25-meter tamping coke oven(the first batch of ultra large coke ovens in China)
-Vietnam and Farong Orange Coking Project(the first overseas EPC project)
5、Innovation and Transformation(2020 present)
-Green Manufacturing:In response to the"dual carbon"policy,develop low emission and waste heat recovery kilns to serve the green building materials and new energy materials industries.
-Intelligent development:Integrating IoT technology,launching digital kiln solutions to achieve remote monitoring and operation.
-Strategic cooperation:Deepen cooperation with China(or other partners),integrate resources,and expand international markets.

-Positioned as a"kiln system service provider",transforming towards EPC general contracting and full lifecycle services.
-Increase research and development investment,and lay out cutting-edge fields such as hydrogen energy kilns and low-carbon processes.
