This project occupies a key position in Iran's industrial layout and is an important engine for promoting the upgrading of the local coke industry.

  At the technical level, the coke oven adopts cutting-edge clean heat recovery technology. In the masonry stage, specially customized high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant refractory materials are selected to ensure the long-term stable operation of the coke oven under harsh working conditions and reduce maintenance frequency. The heat recovery system uses a highly efficient waste heat exchange device to efficiently recover the large amount of waste heat generated during the coking process, converting it into electricity or heat energy, greatly improving energy utilization efficiency, and reducing production costs.

  In terms of production capacity planning, the 6×17-hole coke oven configuration is expected to achieve an annual output of 450,000 tons, which will effectively meet the domestic and regional demand for high-quality coke in Iran, enhance TBAS's influence in the regional market, and provide reliable raw material supply for downstream steel and chemical enterprises.

  In terms of environmental protection, the project is a model. Equipped with an advanced waste gas purification system, using highly efficient desulfurization, denitrification, and bag dust removal technologies, the coking waste gas is deeply purified, so that pollutant emissions are far below national standards. At the same time, wastewater is recycled, and waste residue is also professionally processed for resource utilization, fully implementing the concept of green production. The completion of this project will help TBAS enhance its comprehensive competitiveness, lead the Iranian coke industry towards a new stage of green and efficient development, and inject new vitality into regional economic development.
