This parallel-flow calcination process keeps the hot flue gas and material flow directions consistent, ensuring thorough lime calcination and producing high-activity, stable-quality lime. The kiln body uses top-grade magnesia bricks, high-alumina bricks, and other refractory materials, and employs a scientific and reasonable construction method, effectively withstanding high temperatures, wear, and corrosion, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the lime kiln and reducing maintenance frequency and cost input. An advanced intelligent control system monitors and precisely regulates key parameters such as kiln temperature and pressure in real-time, achieving precise control based on the characteristics of limestone and calcination process requirements to ensure the uniform quality of each batch of lime.
