The double-shaft lime kiln technology has significant advantages. Its kiln body consists of two parallel kilns. During calcination, hot flue gas from the lower middle passage of one kiln enters another kiln to preheat the raw materials, realizing parallel flow calcination. This unique process makes the direction of hot flue gas and material flow consistent, enabling full utilization of the residual heat of hot flue gas, ensuring the output of high-activity lime and greatly improving energy utilization efficiency, effectively reducing energy consumption costs. The kiln body uses high-quality magnesia bricks, high-alumina bricks, and other refractory materials, with scientific masonry structure, which can withstand high temperatures and is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, ensuring long-term stable operation of the kiln body and reducing maintenance frequency and cost. The intelligent control system monitors and precisely controls parameters such as temperature and pressure inside the kiln in real time, achieving precise control based on the characteristics of limestone and the calcination process, ensuring the stable and uniform quality of lime.
After the project is completed, the five lime kilns are expected to produce 3000T of high-quality lime annually, which will effectively meet the large demand of Liuan Iron and Steel Group's own production for high-quality lime, improve steel smelting effect and product quality.
