As a key part of the waste heat recovery system, the waste heat boiler efficiently gathers the waste heat from coking. Its unique structural design makes heat absorption and transfer more efficient, achieving full utilization of energy. The high-temperature steam generated can be used for power generation or industrial production, reducing energy consumption costs.
The desulfurization and dust removal equipment also performs outstandingly. Manufactured using advanced internal composite glass fiber reinforced plastic resin, it has ultra-strong corrosion resistance and high wear resistance, resulting in a long service life. It integrates desulfurization and dust removal functions. Through a scientific process flow, it can effectively purify coke oven waste gas. For acidic gases such as sulfur dioxide in the waste gas, the desulfurization efficiency can reach more than 95%; the dust removal efficiency is as high as more than 99%. Moreover, the equipment has low operating resistance, low water consumption, small footprint, simple installation, and requires no additional power. While reducing pollution emissions, it also reduces operating costs, providing strong support for the green production of industries such as steel smelting.
